The market leading product lines fi Series, SP Series and ScanSnap formerly under the Fujitsu brand will be rebranded as Ricoh. The priority of Ricoh Group and Office Fox is to reassure you that everything is very much business as usual. We remain 100% committed to you and your customers as we continue to deliver exactly the same products, made in the same factories by the same workforce.
In addition, all model numbers, specifications, parts, warranty, pricing structure and support will stay as they are today. So, as we move forward with Fujitsu scanner products now showing the Ricoh logo, they remain the same and the commitment to the image capture market remains unchanged.
