The Kodak alaris S3000 Max series are an upgrade on the S3000 series and incorporate a number of significant upgrades including improved scan speeds and increased volume throughput. The new series includes two models, the S3120 Max and the S3140 Max. Both are A3 document scanners with network connectivity.
The Kodak alaris S3140 Max delivers exceptional image quality, superior paper protection, versatile media handling capabilities, and faster capture speeds, ensuring maximum productivity and increased workflow.
The 500 (200 more than the S3000 series) sheet auto document feeder allows for large automatic batch scanning, freeing up valuable work time. Built in perfect page technology, delivers enhanced picture quality and smaller file sizes all onboard the scanners hardware. Ethernet connectivity allows for easy sharing of the S3140 Max, in a centralised environment. SurePath paper handling ensures smooth and reliable feeding of documents through the S3140 Max, minimising paper jams. A large, easy-to-use colour touchscreen allows single touch scanning operations using Kodak’s Smart Touch scan software. The S3000 Max range are supplied with an example tachograph chart. The test disc works with the included software packages, Smart Touch and Perfect Page. A useful attribute, if you work in the transport and haulage industries. Drivers can digitise their tachograph charts at the touch of a button.
